I cant see that configuration control panel anywhere. Not in the game or any of the Logitech software. I have tried G Hub and Logitech gaming software. I have an issue that my G920 wont do 900 degrees. The game settings are at 900 degrees. I have loaded the Logitech G-Hub software, but cant find anywhere to configure it to 900 degrees by default.
1. Shifter layout behavior. 2. Shifter fast split. 3. Shifter toggles use Switch Mode (on/off) Basically you choose how the H-shifter is set up. because H shifter often have 6 gears + Reverse available and a truck have between 12 and 18 gears it needs to be split up. there's two way of doing this. one is layered so you got about it like you
Wheel and Keyboard is required for all controls. Tranmission - real Automatic. Steering Sensitivity 100% - slider all the way to the right. Steering non-linarity 0% or slider all the way to the left. Force feedback settings optional - I don't use it so cannot comment on 'best' settings. #5.
(aslo, yeah, it's normal for trucks to wander substantially since America's long trailers (heck, go across the river in to Oregon and a single truck's allowed to pull literally three of the Euro sized trailers through this gorge) due to the extremely high winds. This isn't far from Hood River, windsurfing capitol of the world.
Mod: Promod setting high Euro Truck Simulator 2 (1.46) setting : All Ultra and high except MLAA and HOD disable, resolution ingame 100% Config.cfg vanilla. I ride a lot in France and lately a lot in Spain. If you have some places to recommend to test the performances I'm interested ? Data collected by FPSVR: Resolution Steam 150% (3888*3800).
For a setup under 300$ with a shifter either the G29 or a used G27 may be the best choices. The Thrustmaster wheels will go over 300$ if you add the shifter, as the shifter alone is 150$. If you do buy a wheel system, whether logitech, thrustmaster, etc.
I have been playing ETS2 for years, mainly in VR (which is fantastic). I just picked up a Steam Deck (also fantastic). So I am looking forward to plating ETS2 on the john. As I play ETS2 in VR, everything is set up for this on my PC. I would love to see a complete guide on ETS2 settings for Deck (i.e. performance, best mods etc.) Does one already exist, or are the luminaries on this forum
Access your controls.sii by going to C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\steam_profiles. Your profile will be in a folder here. It's probably one you played recently, so look at the Date Modified dropdown and find the folder with the most recent play date. Click it, open control.sii, and replace the lines in it with the ones below.
Move the mouse fast, wheel moves fast - but this is also tied to sensitivity. A combination of those two sliders is all you need. The config.cfg is merely a verbose display of what those settings are. If you have the non-linear slider at 0% then the mouse is moving the steering wheel in a linear fashion. #4.
Recently re-installed Windows and now I can't find where I should place my back-up of my config.cfg and controls.sii :/ I tried placing them in the folders which already have the files but when I launch the game the default are still used. Some of the files are overwritten too. Locking them with "read only" doesn't do anything. So where should I put my config.cfg and controls.sii ?
The chip is integrated, it is not dedicated! For Vega 8 graphics on the Ryzen 3 3200G processor, lower all settings to as low as possible and use that as your base. As you embark on your journey in Euro Truck Simulator 2, itβs important to remember that optimizing performance and visual quality is like finding the perfect balance between gears when driving a truck. Just as you need to find the right gear for different speeds and terrains, balancing performance and visual quality requires experimentation
