Jimmy_W; Jun 1 When I charge my Samsung Gear S3 using the original charging cradle and cable supplied, it charges fine until it reaches 95% and will not go any further! The watch gives 2.5 - 3 days usage with everthing turned on full brightness etc and seems fine in every other aspect! Its a really annoying little problem any suggestions to fix it? Update: let the battery die again and sit for a few days, Yesterday decided to give it a try again and now everything is working great. The only issue I have now is the battery drain is extremely high. Took it off the charger yesterday morning at 4 and was at 10% at 5 yesterday afternoon.

I'm having the same issue with my Gear S3 Frontier. The problem with severe battery draining started about 2-3 days ago. I"m suspecting there was an update that changed things. I've turned off location services to see if that helps. Will update this post later today. My Gear S3 Frontier is the Bluetooth version (no LTE). I picked up a renewed s3 from Amazon for a good price and knew I risked getting a crap battery. That's exactly what happened. I barely get 12 hours with aod off and it won't charge to 100%. I've read it overheats while charging so I've made sure to keep it in a cool place while charging. 89% is the highest I've been able to get it. great watch and happy with all the extras great watch and happy with all the faces and apps that it comes with. The only problem i had was the charger. my charger broke and it took me like 2 months to find the right charger and the cheapest was $90. it had to be a certain charger.
