My advice if you want to completely remove HEN is to install OFW over HFW, either from the link I provided above or directly from Sony. Install via recovery menu and that should put your console to how it was before you installed HFW and HEN.

Yugonibblit PSX-Place Supporter. it may work. the file is stuck in transition. when you install something it goes in the _INST or delete something _DEL. if it fails at either of those points, it will show corrupted data and the files will be stuck in those folders. rebuilding the database may also work.
